Workflow automation / Based in Finland
AI automation for the work slowing you down.
Turn a repeated process into a useful, dependable workflow. Start with the bottleneck, build a focused pilot and put the result into everyday use.
Discuss your workflow
Start with the work
Less copying.
Fewer loose ends.
A better handoff.
When information moves between an inbox, a spreadsheet and a CRM, every manual handoff creates another place for work to stall. The opportunity is often a better process before it is a more sophisticated model.
We map the steps with the people doing the work, identify a repeatable constraint and decide what should be automated. Predictable rules handle predictable tasks. AI is used where language, documents or judgment support make it useful.
The first deliverable is a clear recommendation. Implementation follows an agreed scope, price and success measure.
Example opportunities
One workflow.
Room to move.
These are illustrative starting points, not published client results. The right project depends on how your business operates.
- 01 / Lead intake & follow-up
Give enquiries somewhere to go.
Gather the information needed to respond, route the enquiry and prepare a useful next step. Keep a person responsible for approvals and customer communication. Measure response delay and handoff completeness.
- 02 / Document & proposal preparation
Start from approved knowledge.
Bring a brief and the relevant source material together. Prepare a structured draft for your team to review, rather than starting every document from a blank page. Measure preparation time, omissions and rework.
- 03 / Reporting & operations
Bring the pieces together.
Consolidate agreed data sources, highlight exceptions and prepare a report for review. Define what should happen when data is missing or a connection fails. Measure completeness, accuracy and reporting delay.
How we work
From bottleneck
to working system.
- 01
Find the constraint.
Understand the current process. Agree what improvement would actually matter.
- 02
Build one useful pilot.
A clear scope, an agreed price and the smallest system that can prove its value.
- 03
Make it dependable.
Test real examples, handle exceptions and decide where people stay in the loop.
- 04
Put your team in control.
Deploy, document and hand over. Improve it together where ongoing support is useful.
Before we build
Good questions.
Straight answers.
Where should we start?
Choose a repeated process with a named owner, a visible problem and a result you can measure. Tell us what happens today, which tools are involved and where the work gets stuck. You do not need to arrive with a technical specification.
Does every automation need AI?
No. Clear rules are often the right choice for routing, reminders and predictable transformations. AI is useful when a task involves interpreting language, extracting information or preparing a draft. We choose the simplest approach that fits the work.
Can we keep our existing tools?
That is the starting point. We review what your systems support, the permissions required and the reliability of the connection. Specific integrations and any additional software costs are agreed in scope.
How is a project priced?
Projects are scoped around the workflow, integrations and level of support you need. We agree the deliverables and price before implementation starts. A pilot and ongoing support are separate decisions.
What happens to sensitive information?
We discuss data access, approved providers, storage and human approval before building. Do not send passwords or sensitive customer records in an initial enquiry. Security and privacy requirements form part of the project scope.
Who runs the workflow after handover?
We agree an operating owner, document how the system works and walk your team through it. Client-controlled accounts and infrastructure are preferred where practical. Ongoing monitoring and improvements can be agreed separately.
A clear next step
What’s slowing
your team down?
Tell us about the workflow, the tools you use and what you would like to improve. We’ll use that context to discuss a useful next step.
