AI customer service
Every customer
gets an answer.
Questions, bookings and enquiries get a reply on your website, by email, by phone and on WhatsApp, in Finnish and English, even when you are busy or closed. Anything that needs a person comes to your team.
Let’s find your starting pointCustomers get an answer on every channel. Anything that needs a person comes to you.
Sound familiar?
The phone rings
while you work.
A customer calls while you are serving another. Messages arrive in the evening. The same few questions come in every day. Each one deserves an answer, but answering them all takes the time you need for the actual work.
An AI assistant can take care of the routine part: answer common questions, book appointments, collect the details of an enquiry and pass the rest to you, ready to handle.
You do not need to know anything about AI to start. Tell us how customers reach you today, and we will show you what would help.
Where your customers are
One assistant.
The channels you need.
Start with the channel that matters most. Add others when the first one works.
- 01 / Website chat
Answers on your website, day and night.
Answers questions about your services, prices, opening hours and availability from information you approve. When a visitor is ready, it takes their details or books a time.
- 02 / Email
Routine emails answered promptly.
Reads incoming email, answers routine questions and prepares a reply for anything that needs your judgment. You decide what it may send on its own and what you check first.
- 03 / Phone
A phone line that answers when you can’t.
The assistant can have its own Finnish phone number, or take the calls you cannot answer on your current number. It speaks Finnish or English, takes messages, books appointments and connects urgent calls to a person.
- 04 / WhatsApp and text messages
Reply where customers already write.
Customers can ask questions, confirm bookings and get reminders on WhatsApp or by text message. WhatsApp runs through the official WhatsApp Business service, under your business name.
- 05 / Follow-up
No enquiry left waiting.
A missed call gets a text message back. A quote request gets a reminder. A customer who booked gets a confirmation. Small steps that keep customers from going elsewhere.
- 06 / A team of assistants
One assistant for each job.
As the work grows, it can be shared: one assistant at the front desk, one for bookings, one for follow-up and one keeping your website information up to date. Each has a clear job and its own rules.
What stays with you
Your rules.
Your customers.
The assistant tells customers that it is an AI assistant. Customers can always ask for a person, and the request comes to your team. Refunds, complaints and anything unusual go to your team with the conversation attached.
It is set up to answer from information you have approved: your services, prices, terms and opening hours. When it is not sure, it is told to say so and pass the question on instead of guessing.
You can read every conversation. If you choose ongoing care, we review each month what customers asked, fix gaps in the answers and show you what changed.
We prefer services that process data in the EU, and we agree in writing how customer information is handled.
Getting started
Find the need first.
Then build.
- 01
We listen.
Tell us how customers reach you and what takes your time. We look at real questions from your inbox, chat or phone to find where an assistant helps most.
- 02
You try it.
Before anything goes live, we test the assistant on questions your customers have actually asked. You see the answers and decide what to change.
- 03
Start with one channel.
Launch where it helps most, often the phone or website chat. Scope, price and running costs are agreed before we build.
- 04
Improve as you go.
Add channels or tasks when the first one works. Ongoing care is your choice, not a requirement.
Good questions
Straight
answers.
I don’t know much about AI. Is this for me?
Yes. Most small business owners are just getting started. You do not need a plan or technical knowledge. Tell us what takes your time, and we will suggest where to begin, or tell you honestly if something simpler would work better.
Will customers know they are talking to an AI?
Yes. The assistant introduces itself as an AI assistant. EU rules require this, and being clear about it helps customers trust the answers.
Does it speak Finnish?
Yes, Finnish and English, and other languages if you need them. We test it with your own customers’ questions before launch. Strong dialects on the phone can still be harder for any AI to understand, so the assistant confirms details and passes unclear calls to a person.
Can we keep our current phone number?
Usually, yes. Calls can be forwarded to the assistant when you are busy or closed, or the assistant can have its own Finnish number, registered with your business ID. We check what your operator supports.
What does it cost?
It depends on the channels and how many conversations you have. You see the setup price and the monthly running costs, such as phone minutes and messages, before we build. Ongoing care is a separate choice.
What if it gives a wrong answer?
It is limited to information you approve, and it hands over when it is unsure. You can read the conversations, and we fix the cause of a wrong answer, whether that is missing information or an instruction.
What happens to our customers’ data?
We agree in writing what the assistant may see and store, how long conversations are kept and which services are used. We prefer providers that process data in the EU.

your team down?
